The bouncing circles can be a Windows desktop (not screen saver, desktop). Download this zip file, unzip it, then
Control Panel--Display--Desktop--Customize Desktop--Web--New and browse to the bouncedesktop.html file in the unzipped folder. OK and Apply. Maximize the small window that then pops up on the desktop.
