Cleaning up a MAC text file:
A MAC text file format file will be a mess in
a Windows text file program like Notepad.  In
CoffeeCup it will be slightly messy.  So to fix
the mess, open the file in Wordpad, which handles
the MAC format well, then save it (Ctrl s); it
will be converted to Windows text file format.
It will then be viewable in Notepad.
It will look better in CoffeeCup; many of the
long line and block-level tags not starting
on new line problems will be fixed.

Further edit the file in CoffeeCup so there
is no horizontal scroll.
Clean up the indentation.

cabbage.html uses the a tag as a destination;
change them so the h2 is destination id.
