Tutorial 4 Cases 1, 2, 3.

Do the step that links the CSS file into the HTML file first
so that you can see the result of each style rule you make.

Case 1:
 step 4: "every element" includes the body itself
 Abe won't assemble until the step 14.

Case 2:
 step 4: including the body itself
 step 10: elongated corners explained on pages 267-8.  skip progresive enhancement.
 step 16: border-bottom-left-radius: 350px;
 step 18: multiple background images explained on page 234

Case 3:
 step 14: clip: rect(0,20px,20px,0);   clip explained on page 299.  
                                    Book's explaination leaves out the px!

Create subfolders Case1, Case2, and Case3 in your Tutorial4 folder
and upload all needed files (and no more) into them.
