Tutorial 3

As you do each style rule, save the CSS file and view the web page
to see the effect the rules have. LEave the previous page in the browser
so you can switch back and forth between the old and the new to see the 
difference.
Also, to catch errors (usually, incorrect
CSS is just ignored by browser, i.e. it has no effect).

Skip pages 185 to 189.




Create a folder named "Tutorial3" in your web site's public_html folder,
then create a folder named "Tutorial" in the Tutorial3 folder
and put all of your tutorial 3 files in it.
