Lab 13 a

Do the Exercise 13-1 of page 283

Start with the bistro13a.html file.
As usual, break long lines (try to do so on sentence or clause
boundaries). Also, maybe try to get each inline element on a line
by itself, this will make them easier to see.
As usual, indent perfectly to show the nesting structure of the elements.

Notice it's similar to but not identical with the chapter 12 menu;
some different HTML and some different CSS. 
Read the new CSS and understand it.
