Ctrl s    saves
Ctrl F9   pops it over into browser


Problem: files created by "New HTML Page" have Unix end-of-line convention!!!
thus won't be viewable in Notepad.
General solution is to open such a file in Wordpad
and then save it, which will change to DOS end-of-line convention.

1. Create, Save and Close new file in CoffeeCup.  
2. Open and Save the file in Wordpad.  Close Wordpad.
3. Open the file in CoffeeCup.

Note that the textbook's existing .txt and .htm files don't have 
this problem.  It'll only be a problem with CoffeeCup file created
from scratch, not created by copy of textbook's file.
