Make two routers, connect them with a serial link,
configure IP addresses, clock rate, no shutdown,
encapsulation ppp
ppp authentication chap

username OTHERROUTER password PASSWORD

ping each other.


debug ppp authentication    
 Do a shutdown then no shutdown and see the messages.


Remove the IP address of one router.
What is the line and protocol statuses:_______________
Configure an IP address in another network.
hmm, PT isn't right?  PPP not advertising the host route?
